The Director and Crew (A Cast List)

Jeremy co-teaches Hollywood Production Workshop and the Motion Picture Production course.  An LAFSC alum, Jeremy graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a BA in Communication with a Film emphasis.  After a stint in Hollywood working as a producer’s assistant at Warner Brothers, Jeremy continued his education at Regent University where he shot several award winning short films and music videos and received an MA in Communication with an emphasis in Directing and Cinematography.

Jeremy began his professional filmmaking career as a storyboard artist for an advertising firm based in St. Louis, working with such clients as Coca-Cola, Lucasfilm Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox.  In 2002, he was hired by Visiontracks, Inc. as a fulltime preditor (Producer-Director-Editor) where he oversaw every phase of production on numerous television spots and promo videos for a number of Fortune 500 clients and directed the Telly Award winning documentary Vintage Missouri for the Missouri Department of Agriculture.

After growing weary of promoting people and products, Jeremy was given the opportunity to travel to Africa in 2004 with the Chronicle Project to help document the efforts of several organizations in their efforts to fight the growing HIV/AIDS pandemic in Sub-Saharan Africa.  His experiences in Africa opened many doors of opportunity to work with churches and organizations across the country that are battling the global problems of spiritual emptiness, corrupt leadership, poverty, disease and illiteracy.  In 2005, Jeremy moved back to the greater LA area and served as the post-production supervisor on several missions oriented video projects for Saddleback Church in Orange County.

In May of 2006, Jeremy married his best friend Tricia; he and Tricia both have a heart for Addiction Recovery Ministries and love ministering to people who struggle with the kinds of issues that keep people from being the people God created them to be.  Jeremy and Tricia live in Pasadena with their pride and joy, Maddie – a German Shepherd/Husky mix they rescued from the San Gabriel Animal Shelter.
